डोळ्यात समुद्र दाटलेला,
आजूबाजूला विहीरी आटलेल्या
हाती फक्त प्रतिक्षा,तरीही जगणे आहेच..

शेतात नाही पीक
शाश्वत फक्त भूक
तरीही जगणं आहेच

कधी जातात औषधाविना,
तर कधी चुकीच्या औषधामुळे,
घराघरातील कोवळी मुलं
तरीही जगणं आहेच.....

गरीबाई, महागाई, भ्रष्टाचार,
यामुळे खचले फार
झालो जरी उदास फार
तरीही जगणं आहेच

माणूस करतोय माणुसकीवर वार
सैतान झालाय मनावर स्वार
आणि नाती म्हणजे निव्वळ व्यवहार,
तरीही जगणं आहेच

जगणं झालं महाग
मरण जरी स्वस्त,
हे जरी असलं सत्य
तरीही जगणं आहेच,
